What will it cost?

If you win your claim, the other side will pay most of your legal fees, with the remainder coming out of your compensation award.

We offer a conditional fee agreement otherwise known as “No Win No Fee”. If your claim is successful, we charge a success fee.
A success fee is limited to 25% of damages, for the injury aspect of your award known as pain, suffering, loss and amenity and past financial losses. The success fee does not apply to damages you recover for future financial losses.
We will keep you fully up to date throughout your claim, so you know how much compensation you are likely to receive.
If your claim is unsuccessful there will be no costs involved.
