About Emma Gray
As an Associate Solicitor in the Family Law team at Sydney Mitchell, Emma is dedicated to providing clients with clear advice and strives to minimise the trauma and anxiety associated with sensitive family matters. She has a firm, but friendly approach and works hard to achieve the best outcome for all clients.
Emma advises on all aspects of family law, including relationship breakdown, divorce, dissolution of civil partnerships, children matters, financial matters and domestic violence.
Emma also provides advice on cohabitee disputes, financial provision for children and applications under TLATA 1996.
Recent Cases
In addition to running her own caseload of diverse clients, Emma assists Mauro Vinti, Partner and Head of Family at our Shirley office, with complex cases that are often high value. These cases often involve disputes regarding businesses with substantial turnover, complex pensions and cases with an international element.
What our clients say
“Thank you for the great result that you guys achieved for me yesterday in court. You were both very professional but friendly and light hearted at the same time which put me at ease and made me feel very comfortable in what I envisaged to be a hostile uncomfortable environment.”
“Thank you very much; I’m more than pleased with the service you’ve provided”
“I have dealt with both Emma (previously) and Charlotte on this occasion. Both were very easy to deal with, friendly and make thing simple and easy to understand….”
Mrs Pajak
"I just wanted to thank you for everything leading up to and obviously including yesterday... my desire all the way through this was to come out of it without debt, either current or ongoing, and to be left alone to get on with my life, and I think thanks to your preparation and dedication, that's a real possibility now."
