Hayley is a Solictior in our Dispute Resolution team.
Hayley specialises in property ownership disputes and contentious probate matters. Hayley is adept at handling sensitive matters and supporting clients through the litigation process.
She advises individuals and businesses on disputes involving:
- Disputed Wills.
- Claims for financial provision under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
- The removal and/or replacement of executors and trustees.
- Enforcing promises in respect of testamentary wishes.
- Recovering inheritance.
- Breach of duty by attorneys and deputies.
- Disagreements between joint owners of property or claims in respect of beneficial interests in property.
- Realising interest in property and/or trusts.

- Acting for two trustees in defending breach of trust allegations in respect of 6 trusts totalling £6 million.
- Acting for a partnership in pursuing an estate to account for partnership assets in the sum of £3.4 million.
- Assisting on a court of appeal application.
- Acting for a long-term cohabitee claiming against her partners estate worth £400,000.
- Acting for a protected party in claiming against their spouse’s estate worth £1 million.
- Advising an executor and trustee in respect of potential claims against an estate and discretionary trust worth £500,000.
- Acting for a joint owner of a property in making an application to court for an order for sale and a declaration as to their beneficial interest.
- Acting for beneficiaries in defending a proprietary estoppel claim.

Hayley enjoys travelling, the outdoors and camping with her family, friends and cocker spaniel Murphy!
