About Shilpa Roopen Unarkat
Shilpa is a Partner in the Commercial Property team and is based at the firm's Shirley office.
She advises clients in connection with:

Shilpa's specialities include Landlord and Tenant (non-contentious), freehold acquisitions and disposals, secured lending and general commercial property work. Having worked in the Black Country for some time she has extensive experience of dealing with industrial units.
Shilpa has experience working with clients in manufacturing, engineering and retail comprising companies, owner-managed businesses, private individuals and partnerships; SIPPS and lenders.
Shilpa has also been involved with acquisitions and disposals of residential and nursing care homes and with borrowing secured against residential and nursing care homes.
