Along with developing systems that have enabled the firm to increase its efficiency and see improvements with billing procedures. He also has an active interest in IT systems and in improving business processes. Aside from his role as costs draftsman he also regularly contributes ideas relating to risk management and case management assisting the firm to comply with stringent conditions set by the Law Society and insurers.
