Sydney Mitchell LLP for the first time this year will celebrate a new initiative (NCW) to improve the experience of buyers, sellers and professionals who are part of the moving homes process.
The conveyancing market in England and Wales has been a roller coaster for the past couple of years. From the pandemic and SDLT holidays, to high interest rates; this time has been equally exciting and exhausting time for all the Conveyancers. The property market with its changes and reforms demands from the Conveyancer be constantly on alert and the NCW is a reminder that what we do, really matters.
We are proud to be part of the process of helping people to buy their dream homes, but the conveyancing transaction is often extremely stressful and challenging.
National Conveyancing Week helps us to take a step back and look back at our achievements, appreciate our clients and other professionals who assist in moving the conveyancing process forward.
The purpose of NCW will be to Inform; Educate; Assist; Motivate and Reassure.
We will be taking time to watch webinars on mental health, trying to spend time together as a team, promoting the business, publishing articles, and simply taking time to talk to our brokers and estate agents to check whether they are alright.
We will be positing handy tips throughout the week to help our clients to understand the conveyancing process. Follow us on social media and come to see us at Touchwood Shopping Centre on the 13 March (all day) where we will be available to talk about our Department and of course Conveyancing.
