Leading Midlands’ law firm, Sydney Mitchell has promoted Leanne Schneider-Rose to Partner in their Dispute Resolution and Insolvency Team. Leanne has helped businesses and individuals over the past 5 years through the tumultuous economic times, providing advice and financial guidance when their business have faced financial difficulties. Leanne also assists banks in asset recovery; Insolvency Practitioners in the Insolvency Process generally leading to the recovery and sale of assets.
As a specialist in her field, Leanne recently delivered an eye-opening seminar on Receivers, attracting over 50 people including Agents, Bankers and Insolvency Practitioners to learn more about the intricacies of dealing with and protecting charged assets.

Leanne, who lives in Germany and works in Birmingham, is currently involved with the Frankfurt Law Society, together with John Irving, Commercial Partner at Sydney Mitchell in delivering a seminar to legal professionals on the business structure options when setting up firms in the UK.
Leanne has knowledge of the way in which various systems work in Germany; using this knowledge she often assists Insolvency Practitioners who have been appointed as Trustees in bankruptcy of a German national, in investigating assets that may be outside of the UK but situated in Germany.
