West Midlands Legal 500 law firm Sydney Mitchell has appointed Kiran Athwal as the new head of its Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence team.
The highly respected Birmingham and Solihull-based team acts exclusively for claimants on all types of personal injury and clinical negligence work.

This includes injuries resulting from accidents at work and in public places, serious road traffic accidents, and clinical negligence. With over 15 years’ experience as a personal injury lawyer, Kiran Athwal joined Sydney Mitchell in February 2023 and during this time, has secured a number of notable results for clients.
