Legal Secretary – Property team

We have an opportunity for an experienced conveyancing secretary to work collaboratively with other secretarial support to provide a responsive and professional secretarial support service to fee earners and clients at our Sheldon office.

Responsible for producing audio and copy typing of legal documentation and correspondence to a high standard, they will deal with the usual Land registry and HMRC filing forms.

Applicants will be an experienced Legal Secretary with a minimum of 5 years' experience within a domestic conveyancing/commercial property role (essential). They will be a fast and accurate typist and work well as part of a team.

They will have excellent organisation and prioritisation skills and be able to communicate effectively and build good relationships with clients and staff within the firm.

This is a full time role (hours 9.00am-5.30pm Mon-Fri)
