1 IMPORTANT First Step do not close your ISA - keep ISA open - process can take several months
2 Sign first time buyer declaration - we will send to you - the form is used to obtain the bonus from the Government
3 Close ISA - after advised to do so by your solicitor
4 Closing Statement from bank - showing help to buy bonus has been received
5 Help to Buy will review documentation to authorise the Release of 25% bonus
